Tony Hayes, Director
Tony started the company in January 1997 after a successful spell as Development Chef for the Pelican Group in the UK from 1992 until December 1996.
The Pelican group at the time was the fastest growing restaurant group in the UK, with a new restaurant being added to their portfolio at the rate of one per week.
This experience has given Tony a unique insight into the problems that companies face with staff shortages and also in dealing with recruitment agencies. An experience which has benefited Osrec and more importantly our clients, we have a very high returning customer rate from our corporate clients, references are available on request.
Tony is the visionary and the driving force of the company and spends time with every new client, evaluating their needs to make sure that they are a good fit for our corporate client requirements before bringing them into our company with customer status.
Diana Hayes is Russian born and raised in Latvia, she has an international MBA, she has been with Osrec since 2004 and has previous managerial experience. Diana has extensive knowledge of immigration processing in USA, UK, Canada and Australia as well as an in depth knowledge and understanding of east European markets for immigration and recruitment.
Diana is young, enthusiastic, and brings energy to the job along with invaluable insights into the eastern European marketplace.
