Possible Duties:

• Waiter/Waitress – 4 positions – $11.50/per hour.
• Line Cooks – 2 positions – $12.50 per hour.

Required Qualifications:

• Experience as a waiter or server.  Good with customers and/or members.  The ability to work well with others in a fast-paced environment.

Housing Cost:

• Housing will cost $35 per week.  Includes all utilities.

Estimated Salary or Other Benefits: N/A

• Working Hours: 32 to 40 hours per week; some overtime available.
• Special Notes: The Club will pay for your airline ticket to the United States.  The Club will pay for full health insurance benefits for each h2b worker.  The Club will provide transportation to and from closest airport. Club will also provide transportation, if necessary, to and from housing for working shifts. The closest airport to the Hotel is Orlando International Airport in Orlando, Florida.

The mistake many people make when entering the business is to try and find workers themselves and they fail to do it properly 99% of the time. You will not make money this way, if someone is unsuitable an employer is not going to pay for them and you will lose any future business from that employer.

If it is done properly through a screening and recruitment process, which keeps a tight grip throughout the process and is above board legally, ethically and in quality then there is money to be made but also a very good chance of repeat business.

How would you participate?

You would be expected to find employers who are interested in our services. We will provide services for immigration processing, screening and recruitment of workers and also deal with the client directly to ensure a smooth process with no mis-communication.

We know how to understand an employers needs, we know how to do immigration processing and we know how and where to recruit from to ensure delivery of quality staff at the end of the process.

You get paid for generating the lead if it turns into a definite order and we send the workers to the employers establishment and they start work.

Like us, you will not be paid until certain milestones are reached. These can vary from country to country but do include some steps in the immigration process as well as when people get visas and when they start work.

Normally payments are not made by employers until the workers have arrived and started work, but the amounts are significant and worth waiting for.
