Osrec require partners who have a first class professional attitude, experience and a proven track record. Existing recruiters would be expected to have a reasonable size office and several staff with numbers – depending on the perceived numbers – of applicants we would be looking for from your country.Larger companies with 20 or more staff would be ideal. We want to work with partners who have the proper resources and ability to follow through our recruitment and screening procedures to the letter. We offer our clients guarantees, and we are known for our excellence. We expect nothing less from our partners. In order to attract the very best potential partners we do not require any deposit or upfront payments to take a franchise. You would have to pay for other things such as stationery, all attorney fees (ours and yours), Osrec Signage, and all travel–related costs to and from Riga for initial meetings. And further down the line, Osrec’s head office personnel, training your own staff in your own office. *PLEASE NOTE* - We do not want to work with people who wish to use Osrec as an opportunity to get rich quick by charging applicants extortionate fees. We have methods of preventing this so please do not waste your time our ours, if these are your thoughts, it will not be possible to do so and we would sue anyone who found a way around our system for protecting applicants.
