Being good at what we do is not enough for us... we want to be oustanding!

We care about our marketplace, because industry needs foreign labour. There will always be applicants who want to work abroad and it helps families and economies to grow financially.

The Philippines for example has an estimated 8 million citizens working overseas and sending money home regularly to their families.  The country's economy and production goes up, which helps to keep interest rates down, and adds value in so many other ways.

As we pointed out on the home page video, the skills gap is here to stay and it's effects are felt in all the major economies around the world.

We have a small part to play and we don't pretend otherwise, but it is an important part nonetheless.

Osrec ensure that employers get the right workers, and ensure that applicants are protected from greedy agents who are permanently circling the marketplace looking for opportunities to make a lot of money, for very little effort or regard to those who are affected by their actions.
