The managed migration recruitment plan will be sent to you within a few hours of the telemeeting, you are welcome to use this as an informative and accurate guide whether you choose yo use our services or not. There is no obilgation on your part at this stage.

In fact we will call you to determine your needs, provide you with a detailed plan including:

Step 2 of the Process is if you decide to use our services

  • If you decide to retain our services and agree to our terms and conditions, we will instantly start the nesessary pre-application procedures for work permit or visa applications to be successful, this will be discussed in detail on the telephone.
  • At the same time we will advertise for you in the recommended and agreed countries to start the recruitment process
  • Osrec will start interviewing, screening and assessing applicants as and when they come in, we make sure that we see every single applicant face to face, who has been prescreened before submitting their application to you.
  • We will send you details of applicants who have been fully interviewed, screened properly, assessed, reference checked and approved by ourselves as a suitable candidate for the position.
  • For every applicant you will have a full Resume with photo, if you are happy at this stage with the application we will ask the applicant to provide:
    • Police clearance letter to prove they do not have any criminal history
    • Written references from present and previous employers (we will have done telephone reference checks already)
    • Translation of any relevent qualification certificates
    • Medical check and clearance letter
  • If you are happy with the resume, references and experience you can do one of the following:
    1. Arrange telephone Interview with the applicants
    2. Take part in our FREE recruitment trip.
    3. Ask for skills assessment video to be done
    4. Offer the applicant the position and start the work permit or Visa application as soon as possible
  • We will deal with all immigration procedures, to do this we will need some information from you initially, after this everything will be automised for us to represent you through one of our experienced immigration consultants.
