The Overseas Recruitment Association offers a unique service to local recruiters in USA, Canada, UK, Australia and New Zealand for sourcing and presenting pre screened applicants from overseas.

If you are looking for high volume of applicants for specific trades or for unskilled workers we are able to offer the following service.

• Complete our Recruiter enquiry form
• We will contact you within 24 hours and discuss your needs in more detail.
• An advisory report will be submitted to you explaining in more detail what we think is the best options available to you for location of sourcing applicants and the best visa or work permit to apply under.
• Once we have agreed with you the way forward we will sign an agreement for the recruitment of the workers required, this will include details of any fees payable, visa processing costs and any travel expenses for the applicants. We will also require a full job description for the positions needed filled and salary, other benefits etc for the succesful applicants.
• We will proceed to advertise in publications, internet and through our offices or associate agents in the countries agreed.
• The applicants will be pre screened and depending on the numbers required our recruitment team will travel to the countries agreed to do face to face interviews, evaluations and skills assessments of the applicants.
• At this stage we will submit only those applicants we have deemed suitable for the positions available according to your requirements. This may include skills assessment videos depending on time restrictions and suitability of video for the positions.
• You should go through these applications and inform us of who you are interested in, there may be a recruitment trip involved at this stage for you and / or your clients, this will be decided at the agreement stage as mentioned above.
• Once you have decided on who you would like to proceed with we will start the immigration process, depending on your country we will advise what documents are required from you or your clients.
• When the visa or work permits have been approved we will coordinate the deployment of the successful applicants to your country.
• You should make arrangements for the collection of the applicants at the airport of arrival if possible.
