We are able to assist putting together recruiters from different countries for the recruitment of applicants that may be difficult to find in your own country. The basis of this is that the local recruiter (importer) will agree to pay the overseas recruiter a minimum of 25% of the fee from the end client upo to 50% depending on their involvement level in the deal. The Overseas Recruitment Association has associate agents in several countries in Asia, Eastern & Western Europe and South America, we are able to make the association work in your favour by introducing both parties to each other after signing an agreement which approves of the partnership and the use of our services. The proposed split fee structure below will help recruiters to decide on what level of services you require. - Marketing, advertising and collection of applications with minimal pre screening from the overseas recruiter - 25% of end client fee.
- Marketing, advertising, collection of applicants and pre screening - 40% of end fee
- Marketing, advertising, pre screening and skills assessment videos - 50% of end client fee
