We have a specialized recruitment team and fly out on recruitment trips to various countries interviewing, screening, evaluating and doing skills assessments on applicants for our clients. We have 2 franchises in Philippines & Ukraine and we are currently planning inspection trips for further franchise requests in Singapore, Honduras, Brazil and South Africa. Our Franchisees have to go through vigorous screening before being allowed to use our name and they are inspected twice a year to ensure they are offering the very highest standards ethically and professionaly. How we operate: Please note - this is relevant for large orders & only after contracts have been signed with Employer and Osrec. Our own offices and our franchisees set up seminars, bulk interviews and skills testing. Our recruitment team from Riga, headed by Director Tony Hayes travel and present applicants with details of our recruitment needs, we have had several vdeos made for presentations which explain clearly the procesess for both screening and immigration. The recruitment team will interview, select and pass on those selceted to the franchisesa and offices. The franchises and offices will check references, verify certificates and arrange skills testing. You (The Employer) will be invited to the skills testing, this can be provided as a free service if the numers needed are viable, usually 50 people or more are needed to offer the free recruitment trip. You will stay in a quality Hotel and travel business class. At this stage we always try to get an appointment with the local consulate that appliants will be going through late, to explain our needs and wha we are doing, this helps the consulates know who they are dealing wth and we can explain that a proper screening, recruiting and skills testing process is being done. We will continue with immigration processing, for UK we do this ourselves as we are British owned and we have extensive experience of UK work permit processing, for other countries we have excellent immigration attorneys we work with. We will accompany the applicants to the consulate for them to get their visas. You will let us know when you want the workers to arrive and we will coordinate with you to receive them on an agreed date by arranging for them to be collected at the airport and taken to their accommodation and work place for induction. All successful applicants wll be provided a local SIM card on arrval so that you, Osrec and their families can contact them.
