We are currently looking for Overseas Recruitment AssistantsOsrec are currently hiring Overseas Recruitment Assistants in Eastern Europe, Asia and South America. The role is to provide support for our Head Office recruiting team and dealing with applicants enquiries. Every year we recruit hundreds of people under the H-2B visa for USA for skilled and low skilled positions. The Overseas Recruitment Assistant is a key role and will contribute valuable local knowledge and support to make our recruitment process a success for applicants, employers and for Osrec. The role and tasks of the Overseas Recruitment Assistant will be as follows: Provide Information for local advertising through publications and web sites to attract applicants in your country. You will be required to: - make enquiries on our behalf and help us place adverts.
- Send out brochures
- Accept documents that cannot be done online and forward them to our Head Office
- Reference checking assistance when needed.
- Assist in setting up interview and seminar venues, also assist in local travel arrangements and hotel bookings for our team of H-2B Recruiters.
- Assist with procedures for making embassy appointments for applicants and preparation of documents needed.
- Arrange travel of successful applicants in an orderly manner to their employers overseas.
You will have limited contact with applicants, the recruitment process will be done by experienced recruiters from our head office. You will not be taking any fees from applicants but you will advise them on how to pay embassy and immigration fees. Requirements:You will be self employed and paid on a commission basis. You will not ask for or take fees from any applicants. Ideally you will have use of an office or home office with access to Fax, Internet, Telephone, Cell Phone and Email. You must be fluent in English - Speaking, reading & writing. You will have experience of management or supervisory role previously and must have excellent administration skills, be very organised and self motivated. Must be self confident, presentable and be able to communicate articularly with applicants and consulates when needed. Must be able to pay attention to detail. Excellent commissions available per project. We may require you to come to our head office for training and seminars from time to time, all expenses will be paid by Osrec.
