The Role of the Overseas Recruitment Association for H2B Positions We will work with you to process the applications submitted. This will be done in the following methodical manner The Process: - You will send CV of applicants to us with reference contact information including Telephone, fax and email address as well as web site for the employer / previous employers.
Pre Screening: The pre screening process involves reference checking, an application form completed and returned to us along with acceptance of our financial terms. - We will review the applicants CV
- We will do reference checks
- We will send application forms to you to be completed by those we think are most suitable.
The Selection Stage: The selection stage involved us coming to your country to meet the applicants, do a presentation about the opportunities and an explanation of completing the required documents. - After pre screening the applicants we will travel to your country to do bulk interviews. At the interview stage we will do a presentation to all applicants together followed by interviews and explanation of how to complete the relevant documents. *If you can provide a projector for this it would be a simpler process!*
- The approvals will be on a first come first serve basis for some positions according to the amount of suitable applicants we have, obviously for low skilled positions this will happen often but for more skilled positions this may not apply.
- In the event of having enough suitable applicants and having reached the number of positions we require we will make a reserve list, these applicants may or may not get the opportunity this time unless someone drops out but will be given priority for the next seasons positions.
- The applicants will sign a form committing to pay deposits for visa processing within a given time frame and agreeing to the fee structure. If the deposits are not paid in the given time frame we will use the reserve applicants list and offer the position to an applicant from this list.
- We will give the chosen applicants a confirmation letter, signed and stamped about their job offer.
The Preparation Stage: The preparation stage involves the chosen applicants to attend a presentation on what to expect at the st1:country-region w:st="on">US embassy, the step by step process leading up to the embassy appointment, the preferred organized manner of travelling to the US to start their new Job and any other matters. - After the applicants have been chosen we will do another presentation *This may be the same day or the following day from the interviews, depending on the amount of applications and jobs available*
- A step by step guide to the process will be given to the applicants and explained.
- We will explain the importance of an organized deployment of all applicants to the USA to start their job.
- This will be followed by a Question and Answer session when the applicants will have the opportunity to ask about anything that may be unclear to them.
The Embassy Stage: The embassy stage involves ourselves travelling to your country, meeting with the agents and applicants, reviewing the embassy procedure and what to expect, ourselves visiting the US embassy on the day of the appointments. - We will travel to your country to meet with agents and applicants separately and together.
- We will review with the applicants the US embassy procedures
- We will explain to applicants how to complete forms that have to be taken to the embassy
- We will visit the embassy on the day of the appointments and submit documents
