We are unlikely to get high volume orders for one company for the UK 5 year work permits. This is due to the fact that applicants for these permits should be at supervisory level. However, we do have regular needs and enquiries for these positions which tend to be from several companies for orders of up to 10 people at a time, but often less and often repeat business if it is for a large hotel group or similar size companies in different industries. As such we need to be able to verify the applicants skills and experience. There are documents which are needed at the time of application, we will not process any application unless or until we have these documents: - A full CV with Photo
- Copy of Passport preferably in colour.
- Employer references covering at least three years at a supervisory level for a similar position to what they are applying for.
- If possible we like to be able to have a skills assessment video of the applicant in their work environment, sometimes the employer will specify as particular test to be done.
Once we have received the above documents we can evaluate properly the application. At this stage we will interview the applicant by telephone. We will then forward the application to Uk empoloyers who are looking for the skills the applicant has to offer. If the employer is interested we will arrange another telephone interview with the applicant. The employer will issue a job offer letter to the applicant if they wish to proceed after the telephone interview. At this stage we will need the references and any relevant qualification documents such as University degree or professional qualifications to be notarized. This is very important as the references have to be verified by the Work Permits UK department of the home office and also by the British embassy in your country. We will not proceed with any applications that do not get their documents notarized. We will then complete the WP1 work permit application form and submit this to the home office in UK. The application process at the home office usually takes one to two weeks, we have had applications approved in as little as 3 days before! Once the work permit is issued we will send this by courier to you with a letter for your local British emnbassy from the employer in support of the applicants entry clearance application. You should go to the local British embassy or apply online for an entry clearance visa appointment. Once the applicant has been issued with the entry clearance visa it is very important that they travel to start work as soon as possible. We will advise on the nearest airport and collection of the applicant from a suitable meeting point once in the UK, this will be determined by the employer after the visa has been approved.
