To enhance company goodwill and trade name and to continue to connect the consumer with the company’s name.
• To plan and to put into effect the PR yearly activities and to work closely with other departments, suppliers, individuals, press & media, and agencies to achieve the required goals.
• To effectively address all the requirements by the members of the board in concern to PR activities.
• To spearhead special PR projects having a strong impact in the public and the media.
• To strengthen relations with governmental departments and other companies by being present in related events and participation in them if it is found feasible.
• To attain indirectly the loyalty of HCP for the company brands and company’s name
• To improve the visiting program and supervise the whole process.
• To maintain strong relations with Press, Media, TV Stations, Magazines and other parties
• To organise the visits (and their requirements) to all company facilities.
Key Responsibilities:
• To represent the company with its very well known and renowned level and to confirm its presence as one of the industry leaders, this is in view of establishing the concept of high level Organization and to show its full- fledged development as it is actually in the opinion of other companies.
• To follow up on all what is published in mass media concerning the company and its competitors.
• To publish the company accomplishments in the mass media. To respond/deal with what is published about the company within the context of an elaborated plan and in conformity with the information plan specified by the Board of Directors.
• To continue collecting topics and photos for publishing from divisions, and to design and produce internal company’s Newsletter.
• To participate in major local & regional conferences according to their importance ensuring a proper presence of the company highlighting how such participation may bring an added value to company name.
• To direct those demands coming from other companies and governmental institutions for commercial dealings to the right person who is endowed with an authority to decide on such issues and further to organize meetings between the two parties in the event company is willing to deal with those companies/departments.
• One of the main responsibilities of PR is good coordination and organization of many activities such as:
- HCP and governmental departments visits (coordination and organization of transport, meals, timing, visit schedule, gifts to be given to visitors, etc.) and to arrange for all that with the relevant divisions/ sections within the company.
- Coordination with PR agency for all company related announcements and activities including handling consumer groups’ view and risk management in cases of recall, etc.
- Organization of press, radio and T.V. Interviews
• PR shall bear the greater part of responsibility in the event the company holds/organizes local / Regional conferences by doing all the necessary tasks and taking the right steps to make such conference a success and to attain its objectives.
• To ensure that the brand and the image of the company are always well represented in the minds of the public and in the mass media through excellent communication with the population and through good connection with press and media.
Requirements
Qualifications:
• Saudi National preferred
• Age : 28 to 33 /Male
• Degree in Public Relation, Journalism, Administration or related studies, master’s degree is an advantage.
• 3-5 years experience in Journalism or similar role with proven track record in Public Relations and familiarity with all types of media.
• At least
• Excellent communication skills and fluent in English language both written and verbal.
• Good computer skills (MS Word, MS PowerPoint, Excel, Graphics and other publication softwares)
• Self motivated, mature, creative, decisive, flexible and passionate.
• Excellent interpersonal skills, outgoing and able to communicate persuasively both verbal and written.
