We are interested to hear from potential sales representatives to promote our services to employers and recruiters in Europe (All EU Countries and EEA countries) USA, Canada, Australia, New Zealand, South Africa, Russia & Scandinavia.

How will you benefit from being a Sales Rep:

You will earn a commission for every person sent to work.

Normally the demands for overseas or foreign workers is for a sizeable amount of people needed for each project. It is not uncommon to get orders for anything between 20-300 workers.

With a minimum earning of $250 right up to $2000 you can immediately see that there is significant amounts to be made.

The mistake many people make when entering the business is to try and find workers themselves and they fail to do it properly 99% of the time. You will not make money this way, if someone is unsuitable an employer is not going to pay for them and you will lose any future business from that employer.

If it is done properly through a screening and recruitment process, which keeps a tight grip throughout the process and is above board legally, ethically and in quality then there is money to be made but also a very good chance of repeat business.

How would you participate?

You would be expected to find employers who are interested in our services. We will provide services for immigration processing, screening and recruitment of workers and also deal with the client directly to ensure a smooth process with no mis-communication.

We know how to understand an employers needs, we know how to do immigration processing and we know how and where to recruit from to ensure delivery of quality staff at the end of the process.

You get paid for generating the lead if it turns into a definite order and we send the workers to the employers establishment and they start work.

Like us, you will not be paid until certain milestones are reached. These can vary from country to country but do include some steps in the immigration process as well as when people get visas and when they start work.

Normally payments are not made by employers until the workers have arrived and started work, but the amounts are significant and worth waiting for.
